Whilst the last members
were signing, Doctor Franklin, looking toward the President's chair, at
the back of which a rising sun happened to be painted, observed to a few
members near him that painters had found it difficult to distinguish in
their art, a rising, from a setting sun..
I have, said he, often and often, in the course of the session, and the vicissitudes of hopes and fears as to it's issue, looked at that behind the President, without being able to tell whether it was rising or setting. From "Legacy"

Want to see her again? Last Summer, I noticed a LadyBug crawling
It was all over my 'puter for a couple of days
I'm not really a bug person and I'm sorry if she bothers you, but she made a great model. She's probably out in the garden happily

Oils... On
this page, there's a good representation of different techniques. Including
a photorealistic life-sized Gene Autry and some dogs I did with my fingers.
Water color...Great fun and for some reason, I get asked for this medium a lot in my commercial work. Never find brighter colors anywhere. Ink...Some examples of the dot technique. Lots of lawyers here. Drawings...Mostly with litho crayon. There's no way to erase, either. Air Brush...Sometimes you can get unbelievable results with liquid acrylics. Cartoons...Should have said caricatures, but there's too many syllables. Sculpture...Mostly animal paper sculpture, with some functional, mechanical stuff I wanted to do. Cards...Some of my outrageous Christmas cards to clients and friends. Gifs...Bet you thought I misspelled "gifts". These are cute little things done on the computer. Animation too. Index...You are here. Song of the day...Something I put together
for fun. Changes every once in a while.
